No. You can either chat with Shasa for a personalised journey, or explore and book directly through the interface. Shasa simply enhances the experience with tips, reminders, and suggestions when you want her to.

Yes. You can explore destinations, build your itinerary, and chat with Shasa without entering any payment information. Your card is only required when you're ready to book your flights, hotels, or activities.

Can I plan a full itinerary without booking anything?

Yes. Build your dream itinerary day by day, explore suggestions, and personalise your trip. Once you're happy, you can either download it for free as a PDF to use later, or start booking directly through NxVoy. You can also book activities after you arrive at your destination.

Is my payment secure when I pay on NxVoy?

Absolutely. NxVoy uses Stripe for payment processing, which ensures PCI-DSS compliance, encryption, fraud detection, and secure tokenised payments. Your card details never touch our servers.

Can I select seats or add baggage while booking flights?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can choose seats, add baggage, or request meals while booking your flight — if the airline supports it. To make changes after booking, log in to "My Account", go to "Manage Booking", and select the flight to view available add-ons. Availability depends on the airline's baggage and seating policy.

Yes. You don't need to be the traveller — you can book flights, hotels, or full itineraries for someone else using your card. Just enter their details under the traveller information section, and your details under the contact section during checkout.

Can I add travel insurance to my booking?

Accepted Answer

Travel insurance is not currently available during checkout on NxVoy. You may purchase it directly from the airline, hotel, or another trusted provider after completing your booking. We're working on bringing insurance into the platform — stay tuned.

I accidentally closed the tab after payment. How do I access my booking?

Accepted Answer

No problem. Log back into NxVoy, go to "My Account", and open the "Manage Booking" section. You'll find your full booking history and confirmation details. A confirmation email is also sent to you automatically after successful payment.

I booked a flight but want to change it. Is that possible?

Accepted Answer

Yes — but it depends on the airline's policy and the type of ticket you booked. If your ticket allows date changes, log in to "My Account", go to "Manage Booking", and select "Change Flight Date". Shasa will walk you through the available options and let you know if any change fees apply.

NxVoy does not process bookings directly — all bookings are made with third-party providers (airlines, hotels, activity operators). To cancel a trip, you'll need to cancel each booking individually through the respective provider's policy. Review each provider's cancellation terms before making changes.

Yes. You can download a full offline version of your itinerary as a PDF, or access previously loaded data in-app. Useful when you're somewhere without reliable connectivity.
