Departure from Caen. We’ll continue our journey through Normandy.

Mont-Saint-Michel. We’ll arrive at "The Wonder," a breathtaking site surrounded by the ocean. Take time to wander through its charming streets and visit the abbey. Depending on the tides, it may appear as an island completely encircled by water.

Afternoon

12.00pm
Departure from Mont-Saint-Michel. We’ll travel through the Brittany region.
1.00pm
Fougères. Arrival in this charming town at the foot of the largest fortress in Europe. Enjoy time to explore its medieval cobblestone streets, admire the half-timbered houses near the castle, and relax at one of its pleasant cafés or terraces for lunch.

Departure from Fougères.

Evening

5.45pm
Chartres. A brief stop to admire its magnificent cathedral, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a masterpiece of French Gothic architecture. A pilgrimage site since the 12th century, the cathedral is remarkably well-preserved, with most of its original stained glass windows still intact.
