Le Marais was our favourite part, tiny boutiques, hidden courtyards, we just wandered for hours with no plan and it was perfect.
Room we got was quite small and street outside was noisy till late night, the sightseeing more than made up for it though.
My husband proposed again just for fun near the Eiffel Tower during the evening show, we then spent the next morning at the Louvre completely lost in the art, Le Marais in the afternoon for coffee and window shopping, and closed the trip with a boat ride on the Seine watching Paris light up, could not have asked for a better anniversary trip even on a tight budget.
