Seven nights let each city breathe. Dubrovnik's walls for the history and views, Split for the Roman streets and easy coastline, Zagreb for a slower close. The yacht was the obvious luxury highlight but honestly the sunrise on the walls edged it for me.
Plitvice Lakes was the single most beautiful natural place either of us has ever seen, the turquoise water and waterfalls felt almost unreal. Worth building an entire trip around honestly.
Stiniva Cove was stunning but quite crowded by midday when our boat arrived, would recommend an earlier slot if possible. Blue Lagoon nearby made up for it with much calmer water.
Zagreb Upper Town evenings were surprisingly our favourite part of the whole Croatia trip.
