The only reason I am not giving five stars is the hotel check-in took nearly an hour longer than promised on our first day, which ate into our first evening plans. Everything after that ran smoothly though.
Our short Parisian escape packed in more than we expected for just two nights. The Louvre queue moved faster than we feared and seeing the Mona Lisa up close with my wife was surreal. Wish we had one more evening to just wander without a schedule.
Sadly the Eiffel Tower summit was so crowded at sunset that we barely got five minutes to actually enjoy the view before being herded along. Dinner by the Seine afterward made up for some of it, but for a romantic package I expected a bit more breathing room at the main attraction.
