Stockholm in August stayed pleasantly cool compared to Delhi heat we had left behind, a relief for the whole family. Gröna Lund's rides were a hit with our teenager while the younger one preferred the calmer archipelago boat ride.
Gamla Stan's cobblestone alleys felt like stepping into a storybook, our kids loved hunting for the smallest house in the old town. Vasa Museum was surprisingly gripping even for children who usually get bored in museums, that ship is massive and the story behind its sinking kept everyone engaged. Gröna Lund rides gave the kids their thrill fix for the day while we relaxed nearby with coffee. Archipelago cruise on the last evening was a calm, beautiful way to end the Stockholm leg.

August stayed cool after the heat we'd flown from, a relief for the whole family.
Rain washed out our planned Gröna Lund afternoon completely and we had to reschedule which threw off the rest of our loosely planned days. Everything else, especially Gamla Stan and the Vasa ship, was excellent, just wish we had built in a buffer day for weather.
