The daytime beach and the Taman Ayun visit were lovely, but the nightlife around our hotel got too loud for a couple after something quieter. The massage did make up for the broken sleep.
Quick couple's getaway before work got busy again and it did the job well. Dark volcanic sand at Kuta was a novelty, quite different from the white sand beaches in the brochures. Taman Ayun visit in the afternoon heat was a little tiring but worth it for the architecture. Would go back for the massage alone honestly.
